Policies

PAYMENT

All services are charged in full at the time of booking.

All clients must keep an up-to-date credit card on file. If the credit card on file expires or declines, you will incur a $10 fee.

NEW PET PARENT

You must do the following on our Client Portal:

  • Create a client login. The invitation link will be emailed to you at the time you request a run.

  • Read and sign the Policies and Liability Waiver (also available on this page).

  • Complete your online Client Profile, including an up-to-date credit card.

  • Complete the Pet Profile for each of your dogs.

CANCELLATION

We understand dogs, people, and life are unpredictable at times. If rescheduling or canceling is needed, you agree to notify us via your client portal at least 24 hours prior to your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

VET CLEARANCE & DOG REQUIREMENTS

We recommend you talk to your vet before engaging your dog with Helsi DOG services.

  • Your dog must be up-to-date on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP (Distemper) vaccines.

  • Your dog must be a minimum of four (4) months old.

  • Your dog must be in good health and free of any infectious disease for the past 30 days.

NEW DOGS

All new dogs must start with the Intro Run. This is when the Helsi DOG coach will meet your dog(s), learn about their current health and fitness routines, and ensure we are the right fit going forward for future sessions.

SERVICE AREA & ACCESS

Here is our service area map. If you're located outside our service area, an additional surcharge will be added.

The Helsi DOG van needs to park on a relatively flat surface to accommodate the equipment.

Montana weather can at times be prohibitive to safe driving. If inclement weather occurs, we will work with you reschedule your session.
